The seminar will be presented by Richard Willcock and will begin with an introduction to Avaya and the IP Telephony solution. This will be followed by a look at two real life scenarios where IP Telephony has been implemented and has resulted in cost savings. The two scenario comanies are:
Company A
Industry Type: IT Service
Number staff: 50
Remote Workers: 10
The Problem:
With a number of mobile/remote workers as well as multiple sites Company A had high call costs and poor channels of communication throughout their business.
Company B
Industry Type: Car Sales
Number staff: 40
Remote Workers: 2
The Problem:
Company B is a multi-branch retailer with sales offices with varying opening and closing times. A solution which enabled offices to support each other was needed.
Following this presentation a working demonstration of the Avaya IP Telephony solution will be given and a representative from Oak will demonstrate and discuss their solutions which include call recording and monitoring, wallboard solutions and call reporting.
The seminar will end at approximately 12.30pm with a buffet lunch.
