Pegasus have continued supporting Opera for as long as possible but due to a number of factors beyond their control; increased complexity of payroll legislation, an obligation to remain compliant with HMRC, and the pace of advanced technology, they have been forced to make a difficult decision.

Opera will cease to be maintained or supported from 30 September 2010. In addition, the Opera Payroll upgrade to complete the 2008/2009 tax year and process from April 2009 onwards, will be the last. They will not release another Opera Payroll upgrade to complete the 2009/2010 tax year.

If you are currently on Opera (also known by some as Opera 16) you will need to upgrade your system - and the sooner this is done, the better deal you will receive.
